Returns

Please inform us if your product is either not what you ordered or you believe it to be faulty. We will replace (at our discretion) any candle which we believe was damaged at the time of delivery to you. In accordance with Trading Laws we will happily replace any faulty items returned within a reasonable time frame, ie: 7-14 days.

The faulty item must be returned to us.
